Sales Essentials

Sales Essentials is designed to create and track client records. The system provides for Quotes, Jobs and Purchase orders and is organized to operate on a multitude of Statuses and user defined parameters. This makes it possible to tune the environment to suit your companies special requirements.

The system is designed for multiple users with different responsiblities and functions such as Sales staff, Sales Manager, Client Services Executives (CSE) and Client Services Manager (CSM), Design Manager Finance and warehouse staff.

Each stage of progress from the Quote through to the final delivery is controlled and the each status stage cannot be entered until certain criteria are satisfied. Some stages are controlled by pre-set parameters and some can only be advanced by someone with the correct rights. Goods in and out are controlled by the warehouse staff and messages are passed to the CSE responsible when goods arrive into the stores.
